INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Install the above .var in your AddonPackages folder, then scan for missing packages.
2.) Install Anime Cell Effect Plugin after you open it and use the attached settings or tweak until your heart's content.

3.) To activate the Titty Bomb π£, toggle "Show Hidden" to ON under the "Select" menu and select the Titty Bomb. Under "Control" within the Titty Bomb settings, click "ON".
