The Forest Elder Planter is a wise old tree who gets a little emotional when you overwater your plants.
I wanted to create a planter with a lot of personality. The best feature is that the overflow drain holes are hidden in the eyes, so when your plant gets too much water, it looks like the Forest Elder is crying. The matching leaf tray catches the excess water below and completes the effect.
At 100% scale, the planter is designed to fit a standard 4-inch nursery pot, but you can easily scale it up or down to fit your needs. I printed mine using wood-grain filament, which really brings out all of the bark textures and details throughout the model.
