Frieren is a centuries-old, super skilled mage. As a result, her mana is extremely potent, as are her spells. When trying out a new spell, she accidentally directs it toward Himmel, who was just looking for a book when he was suddenly swarmed with glowing ribbons. They swirl around him and tie him up, even wrapping tightly around his mouth before he realized what was happening.

This is taking a while to finish, so I’m sharing some wips here. The main line art is purposefully translucent for the purposes of this post, to show how I do alts. :>
Himmel is the first guy character I’m doing a bunch of alts 🎀 on, and this particular bondage design makes it more challenging! I tried to figure out a full outfit alt Loid Forger, but abandoned it because I was already doing many alts with gags and his hairstyle. ^^’

I’ve also been sick and lethargic lately, that’s another reason comics have been slower to come out. Before, I could have one done by the first of the month because I didn’t do alts then.
I’ve come to like making alts for bondage comics, with more variety & complexity (therefore requiring more time to finish). They’re sometimes painful to finish, but I love how they turn out in the end because I get to scroll through and see each variant. I think a lot of you have also been liking them as well.
I appreciate your patience every time, since more alts mean more time in between each finished comic. I may show wips like these if projects are taking too long to finish. 😊
