Context: characters in Genshin have “idle” voices lines, meaning when you leave the game open and go do something else (like go to the restroom), they will start to fidget in place, and say something to fill the void. (Similar to Nintendo games, where Mario will eventually fall asleep if you leave him idle for too long).
In English Kaeya’s case, he will often say “I never knew you were such a slacker” in a teasing, sultry voice. (I’ve heard that so many times from him .. xD )
