Final Update: Finally Midas is complete this man ended up being the most difficult model I have ported over simply due to the huge amount of work it took to make his tattoos work. A mistake I won't be repeating again that's for sure. But on the upside I did learn a lot about the male model and the textures to convert to make them work. I think this definitely proved I can port any male fortnite model over now. Will there be more fortnite males yes soon NOPE! More news on them next month. Now finally I can focus on the fortnite ladies.
Update V3: I think I'm finally at the point where I am happy with the textures I manually fixed up a lot more of his shoulders area so now they look pretty clean from a good normal distance away. This has easily been the worst model hands down that I have ported over it took me 3 times longer then to do Jules textures. The commissioner also wanted a metallic glow to his gold tattoos. So I went and made him some specular textures to simulate that it's the best I can do with what Vam is capable. Now the next update will be the last one finally with his clothing being ported over and he will go into normal early access.
Update V2: I have now given Midas a Proper Penis texture which took a ton of work converting the penis texture he had wasn't a 1-1 conversion so I had to manually fix it which took so long to do. I have also fixed up his tattoos quite a bit look at his back no more seams from before. Man Midas is killing my poor wrist I had to manually by hand fix his tattoos which on the penis was a whole other challenge but I freaking did it man I need a break from tattoos for at least 2 months after this. All that is left is fixing his shoulder and torso tattoos which I have to do next and his damn tats are finally finished for good.
Here is Midas but in Wip he doesn't have his penis texture yet I will be doing that of course and his torso texture still needs work with some clean up on the spots were it connects with the rest of the body. Midas's tattoos have become a huge undertaking to get right but I now got his tats fully properly aligned which was so many hours of hard texture work I felt so confused at some points but I figured his damn tats out. I underestimated the male model and it seems to be much more different when it comes to the textures. Doing his tats ended up being just way more time consuming than Jules or any female model so I don't know if I will be able to finish him properly this week. Texture work is just pure soul numbing tedious work to me. So I will keep working on him and update this download when more of him is done.
