Hi everyone, we are putting together a troubleshoot section for those that are having difficulties viewing our videos. This will be tagged and can be found in our collections for reference. We will send out updates when we hear back from support.
Problem - "VIDEO CAN’T PLAY ON FULL SCREEN": Videos under ‘Posts’ will sometimes prevent you from making the video full screen.
Solution - Go to our 'Home' page or 'Collections' to view the video. You can also click on the tag below the video.
Problem - "VIDEO UNAVAILABLE / ERROR MESSAGE": This is common when viewing on your phone.
Solution - Will update once we receive a response but so far viewing on Chrome and refreshing is the most common fix. Feel free to share your feedback in the comments.
If you are having reoccurring issues that haven’t been resolved yet. You must join our discord and link it to your Patreon so we can correctly identify you. Once you provide screenshots and a brief description of the issue we will be able to update the support team.
