Being excited with the prospect of now having the little sister she always wanted, Twilight encourages Shining armor to indulge in his deepest desires and simply go out as the pretty mare he wants to be seen as.
Of course, he's a bit reluctant first but soon finds himself enjoying the looks of the ponys in town as he walks around, looking pretty.
