This post is to show some of the work of the week for "Blessing of the Princess"
This time we add viking gals to the game. The first area demanded it from the start, but of course, making characters takes time so they were absent at first. They will be your allies during the first Big Battle, helping you against the Agonites. Despite being allies, a bit of a rivalry exists between them and the Kingdom of Climaroxa (Alfie's kingdom) as the vikings see the kingdom as not adhering to their traditions enough.
The region of Kallibella is the origin of the Kingdom of Climaroxa, so they are descendants of barbarians and "savages" like the vikings that still live there, but decades of peace have made the people weak at the eyes of our viking friends. I might pick a different name for them or I might just call them vikings. I don't know.
A viking chief gal is also in the works, this girl will be imprisoned by Immolex at the start of the game and will be rescued during the first boss fight against him.
More characters are planned to be introduced early in the game, but of course they'll be added in future versions as their models are made.
Another faction that is supposed to play a role in the first big battle is the clan of the hunters, which will be expanded a bit in future versions (and in ROAG 2), being the hunters just a part of a bigger group, but that is still in the planning phase.
Now, for v0.2. We have discussed Alfie's infiltration inside a still unnamed castle. Here some of the Viking gals and some peasants will be imprisoned, so a small rescue mission will be a part of the infiltration before the proper battle starts.
Swimming will be of help inside this castle as well.
I have a bit of a break from my job, so I will be working on the game daily for a couple of weeks to hopefully bring you v0.2 on June 15
