Functional Object: Grandfather Clock

Update 7/30/24: There are now four versions of the clock that chime at different times. Every 12 hours will only chime at noon and midnight, every 6 hours at 12 and 6, etc. You can only have one version in your game!

Hello! I'm back with another small mod today - a grandfather clock that actually chimes and tells time. :)

One small limitation - when you first place it or load into the game, the minute hand may be off, but it will automatically adjust once you reach the next hour.
