DESCRIPTION

Hello

In early April, I went to the hospital for an examination and had surgery to remove a malignant tumor. It was a major surgery in its own way, but thankfully the aftereffects did not last long. However, because the surgical wound is in an area that makes moving my arm uncomfortable, I ended up unable to draw properly for several weeks. (Even so, I still have paper and pencils, so I’ve been drawing on paper from time to time.)

In May, I plan to go to a university hospital to learn more about my condition and look for treatment options.

From here on, this is something more personal.

As AI continues to advance, we now live in a world where images can be created very easily.Even so, I feel even more grateful that people still seek out my art, look at it, and love it. With these changes in the online landscape, along with several unfortunate things happening in my personal life one after another, I seriously considered quitting art. But there are still supporters who stay with me, and there are still people who commission me, so I decided I want to pick up the pen again.

I don’t know when that will be yet. For my health to fully recover, I need to visit the larger hospital in May, get examined, and hear the results. I hope it turns out to be nothing serious. What is especially unfortunate is that even though I’m dealing with health problems, I still have to go to work today and tomorrow.

I hope your lives are filled with happiness and free from sorrow. Please stay healthy. Health really is the most important thing.
