Nominated characters must have the following Characteristics:
The characters must NOT be Lo*i or Sho*a, except in certain cases (please write to me for confirmation).
The characters should preferably be in MODERN ANIME style, otherwise I cannot guarantee their quality (If you wish, you may still name them, but it is not recommended).
