Wearing my harness, I challenged myself to drink as much juice as I could. By the end, my belly was so tight and full it started pressing hard against the straps. I tightened them even more until my belly button popped through the center ring. To show the contrast, I sucked it in as much as I could… and then let it all back out. The difference was wild. And some burps during the video.
