Today, itch.io decided to shadowban 20000 NSFW games that were uploaded on their page.
Steam is banning NSFW games too, but some still alive for now.
From now, it seems i can't still publishing my games on itch.io, this is a really big problem for me, because i used itch to advertise my games, and there was a lot of people who follow me and noticed about updates from there.
All this problems seems to be because visa and mastercard are pushing itch.io and steam for moderation on NSFW content, and they threatened to leave the platforms if they did not remove the inappropriate content.
Itch had to make an emergency purge without warning.
This is a hard blow for me and for all NSFW creators, for now i will publishing updates and content here as normal.
But I'm not sure what might happen, please follow me on Discord to stay updated on the news and the situation in case something happens.
Patreon is known to ban NSFW accounts out of nowhere if they feel like it, so I might have to migrate to Subscribestar or some similar site.
In that case, you would lose your Patreon subscriptions and would have to resubscribe there.
