First work of the new year! Snow and water are just some of my favorite things to draw and every time I feel like I learn something new, especially with water. I want to do a million winter scenes with these two. I've already been enjoying your comments so much. I think about them stealing away from camp together early in the morning or Halsin waking before dawn with the express purpose of catching Clover out where he'd be foraging. Clover comes to expect it and his heart beats like a rabbit against his chest as he makes his way through the brush.
