[Bleeding] Hotfix build v.0.6.2262

Hotfix Build 0.6.2262 is now building and will shortly be live on the bleeding channel! This build fixes some achievement related issues:

Fixes Steam achievement syncing.

Adds background Steam achievement syncing.

Fixes the "The Floor Is Lava" achievement.

No achievement progress will be lost, but if you are running Steam when the game is launched and have Mahou Arms in your Steam library, it will automatically synchronize the progress of the achievements to whichever one has the most progress.
