Windows API data has been restored to PlayTracker Insight, and games are no longer showing 0 popularity.
The issue was a result of a change on Microsoft's end which caused our system's way of discerning what is a Windows game and what isn't among the many games reported to no longer be valid. As a result, random XBOX games appeared, and soon after we disabled data while we worked on a fix.
We are working on improving the reliability of this data, but as of right now it is equally dubious as it was before the downtime meaning data using this API should not be used as a primary source of information, only a secondary source that may confirm a conclusion or trend established from other data.
