Congratulations, brothers! You lived to see another Friday! But today is not just another Friday. The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, and the air is ripe with the stench of love. It smells like a FLASHGITZ FRIDAY! We’d LOVE to show you where we’re at in production. Preproduction has been chugging along, the intro we’re working on almost has a complete animatic, and the animation for episode 3’s cold open is coming to a close. What you just saw were some of the in-progress backgrounds that will appear in Space King’s title sequence. Pretty insane that these sweet, war-torn landscapes will only flash on the screen for a second or two. If you blink you could miss it, and that would make the background artists very sad :( SO DON’T BLINK.Okay okay, I’m sorry!
