Brother! What are you doing out in the cold? It’s Flashgitz Friday! You should be in here where it’s nice and warm while checking out our production updates! We have so many fun things to show you, including some GOOD NEWS and SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS! What is the good news, you may ask?
The Star Defender’s recruitment drive in Space Indiana.
THE ANIMATIC FOR EPISODE 3 IS FINISHED! After a few rewrites, extra jokes, and countless hours staring at a black and white cartoon it’s FINALLY FINISHED! Animation will begin very soon on the rest of the toon and we can finally go back to whipping the shit out of our animators! 🥳
In addition to moving onto the rest of production, the animatic being completed means we’re freed up to work on some other projects! What other projects you may ask? I’ll reveal that in a moment, so don’t go anywhere! Teehee
But first, I wanted to show off some more art from Space King episode 3’s production. Some of these are pretty far along, some are pretty sketchy.
“Barrel Psycho Blaster”. Not sure if it shoots barrels or it resembles a barrel or something just got lost in translation.

The colors for our forcefield has been finalized - Skittle Green (lime, not green apple.)
Pink, feminine lasers can’t get past the masculine green forcefield.
Despite being the most based Star Defender, Hatemonger has cried the most in the series so far. Never out of sadness.
