Brothers! Welcome to another Flashgitz Friday! Our secret weekly meeting where we discuss the future of western civilization. And by western civilization, I mean Space King. They’ll be synonymous soon enough!
This week has been a big week for Space King episode 5. After edging for weeks, the animatic is FINISHED, all the location concepts are FINISHED, and we’re nailing down the designs of the single mother we’re going to kill this episo— ope, almost spilled the plot. Let’s just take things one-at-a-time, shall we?
We’ve got special poses cooking up for the episode! If you’re new here, special poses are drawings that assist the animators so they don’t rip out their hair. Below are a few that will be used in Episode 5!
Captain’s new Mythic skin. You’ll see it in the episode if you buy the battlepass!
Star Defenders piss without using their hands. It’s an innate instinct.
Hatemonger sees a hologram of his most sought-after award: Straightest Psycho Warrior.
They’re just wrestling, I swear!
While those are being made, we also have assets being made that’ll be used in the toon! This toon is going to have a LOT of assets, so take a look at what the designers have been cooking up so far!
The giant claw machine used to pick up stranded Psycho Warriors. Landing would require too much gas!
The mosquito net used in the Space King universe. War World mosquitos could drain the blood from a pig!
Is this another wizard with a teeny tiny wand? Guess you’ll have to stick around to find out!

And while THOSE are being made, the background department has been preparing a lot of the different backgrounds and designs for various locations in the toon. Some of them are early in development, some are finished. Take a look!
The lines for a BG that’s pretty early in development. Need to put yellow paint on ladder so they know where to climb.

This week’s episode of Tom and Don is about the 16 hobbies women find unattractive! Cosplay, Anime, even COMIC BOOKS make these women seethe so much! Or they just don’t care for it. Either way, you’re gonna love this episode.
