Welp uhhh... I suppose January is coming to a close 👉👈For today's update I'm pleased to announce ALL ANIMATION for Space King is DONE - OVER 15 MINUTESHOWEVERThe cartoon became too long (over 15 minutes) so it took too long to animate, and now all this animation needs to be composited, which is also taking much longer than we'd budgeted for.Boiled down, "compositing" is the process of making stuff look cool. The comp artists make the glowy stuff glow, and the shadowy stuff shadowy, as seen above. And this was a really critical step for us, because this pilot really is our debut effort of a "show" by flashgitz. It's something we've been banging on about for 10 years, so we've really felt the urge to pull out all the stops to make it really special in every capacity we know how. Its just left us wrapping it up very late 🤦‍♂️So our current goal to finish this out is now mid February 🤞 😬 -- AGAIN, all animation is now complete, were just in the home stretch of making it all look awesome. No matter what, this cartoon is coming out very soonSOME RELATED ANNOUNCEMENTS:- We will be releasing an UNCENSORED, very NSFW version of the episode here, for patrons only!- Assuming we're not lawyered to death by any unspecified company or another, we will be releasing Space King merch shortly after upload!- We are finally returning to the 2nd channel!
