If you aren't aware, 2 weeks ago I fell down the stairs and broke my foot so I'm currently in a cast. After coming out of a depressive episode, then burnout, then this, I just feel so down and lethargic. I wake up and my brain feels foggy, getting up is hard. The adjustment has been exhausting. I'm feeling a bit better now, tho! So please expect me to come back with more recordings next week!
