[Tier 1 Update] Rouge Funny-Shirt-Text Collab (with @BargainBinDraws)

Small collab drawing with my friendo @BargainBinDraws because I REALLY liked his rendition of Rouge but he didn't want to post it because "it didn't have enough", so I opted to draw in another angle to her, with his help critiquing my sketch.

I think it turned out pretty good in the end! Thanks again to him for collabing with me on it.

Includes 2 versions: With and without some very annoyed friends of hers.
