[Tier 1] Consider the Following [Lapis Lazuli]

My friend RavenRavenRaven did an awesome little sketch of Lapis that I decided to splash some colors onto, and I think it turned out really good as a collab work! It was going to be posted after he got done with a holiday strip, but he ended up deciding to release it earlier than that.
