There are many places at Sunrise city where one can buy a scroll that contains the proper words to summoning a Succubus.
Each summon has is for a different need and different Succubi to help fulfill said need.
Though when it comes to the Succubus getting to where you are, it can vary on whether or not you’ll have to help pull them out of the Hell Portal.
