So from what I can tell the easiest way to implement Fast Travel will be through like a "post" location point in places that you interact with to travel. But I was thinking how can I spice this up. Fast Travel isnt something common to Hedonia thats where the Ethereal Lady comes into play, who will essentially teleport you places. However, I was thinking if maybe there was a way to make it lewd, even if just a little bit, Would you be interested in this. Of the below which do you prefer: Option 1: Just leave as is, keep it simple - no lewd Option 2: When you get near the post have the Ethereal Lady appear and have them doing something lewd. Sucking their boobs, self care etc. Just them having fun whilst you make a decision. Option 3: Interact with the Ethereal Lady in a lewd way to trigger the Teleport - trade for her services kind of thing (you suck her breasts, or eat her out etc.)
