DESCRIPTION
I learned a little late that today was Pokeday, so when I found out I knew I had to make a pic to celebrate! I had been feeling like drawing Cynthia anyway, so this was the perfect opportunity. Not having much time to come up with an idea as I had to work the whole pic today, I went with something simple, some 'petplay', but I did use the opportunity to test out a different brush for the lineart and color, and I gotta say it looks rather promissing.
