Context:
With the amount of works your Little Sunshine has submitted in the past few weeks, she’s bound to face difficulties when it comes to pumping out new ideas. You thought that she would be alright and that she’d be strong enough to battle through such a hurdle but it seems that she’s hit a wall. You’ve noticed that she’s been visibly shaken because of such a problem whenever you walk outside your office and take a glance at her. Even her coworker next to her has noticed that she’s been struggling. You then feel a surge of guilt rush within you, is it because you’ve been harsh with her lately? You thought that putting a boundary between your relationship when in your workplace was a good idea or at least to just put up a front to your other fellow employees that you don’t show any form of favoritism when it came to your Little Sunshine. What if this plan of yours backfired and that’s the cause for your Little Sunshine’s pain right now? You then quickly think of a way to make up to her. Perhaps….inviting her out on a trip won’t be a bad idea? You both can use your leave credits to go on it? Will she accept? There’s also the possibility her co-workers might suspect something if you both go at the same time….But seeing her struggle like this hurts your heart. You have to do something to help her…..
