Long-described as a kinda-sorta sequel to the "Work" video, it's "The City."
This topic originally began as a 10-minute detour in the "Work" video, which I cut from that script at the last minute because it wasn't directly related to the argument I was trying to make. But I held onto it all this time, I literally had the pages sitting on my desk ever since "Work" came out... apparently that was 2023!?!? Yikes.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy! It's a bit of an anti-capitalist primal scream, apparently wealth inequality has been on my mind for a few years. Who knew.
I owe you guys a Newsletter post in 2 days, but I've decided to delay that a week. I want to spend some time in the Newsletter going through different sections of this video in some detail and explaining my thought process, but honestly I've been pulling stupid hours trying to get this video out the door, and my brain is cooked. So I'll spend a few days recovering, and then I'll take my time writing a good Newsletter post about this video next week.
