I spent the first two thirds of December making 50W2L – Ask Santa Any Thing. After that, I intended to spend the rest of December working on 50 Ways to Die in Elden Ring, but that project mostly got sidelined by Christmas in one form or another and I only ended up spending about 3 days total on it. Still, that was enough time to push the project out of pre-production and into production because I finally started recording footage yesterday.
The grand strategy for this channel is to spend every other month working on 50 Ways to Die in Elden Ring, and every month in between working on a smaller video (usually, 50 Ways to Live in Minecraft), but since Elden Ring kept getting shoved aside by 50 Ways to Live in 2025, I’m going to devote the next 8 weeks to Elden Ring almost exclusively, so that’s what I’ll be doing in January 2026. I might put out a follow-up to How Much does a 50 Ways to Die in Minecraft Video Cost, but I’m going to keep that as bare-bones as possible to prevent it from pulling time away from Elden Ring. It now seems that 50 Ways to Die in Elden Ring is the best chance this channel has to survive, so I can’t afford to let it get neglected any more.
