At Kappa, we've been creating the new KappaBeast.com website since December 2025.
It's been a laborious task that has consumed a lot of time and effort, but we're now reaching the home stretch.
Before it goes live and becomes our main site, it needs to pass some tests, as the new site will be heavily linked to Patreon users so they can access premium features.
Yes, you read that right! Patreon subscribers will not only have benefits like "reading chapters in early access," "voting on future series," "recommending series," etc etc...
But they will also be able to enjoy their privileges on our new manga site. And now that Mangadex is trying to become a corporation and we don't know the future of its platform, we've done this at the perfect time!
Now, let's see what Kappa Scout and The Great KappaBeast members can do π
A refreshing new look
We moved away from WordPress and opted for a site entirely programmed with Next.js and other web technologies that give us complete control over the site and its customization.
We've added an "Editor's Pick" section through which we can also promote our light novels of KappaNovels.club directly on the manga site.
We wanted the design to be clean, intuitive, and appealing to everyone.
Now, what are the premium features for members of Kappa Scout and The Great KappaBeast?
They are:
1-Comment. 2-Rating series. 3-Save series. 4-Reading history. 5-Personalize your profile with an avatar and banner.
How do I access my account?
In the navbar, locate the "Login" button, and you will be redirected to a Patreon page requesting permission to log in. Click the blue "Allow" button, and your profile will automatically be created on our website.
KappaBeast uses the Patreon API to create users, but we do not obtain any personal information about you. This allows us to verify whether you are a paying user or not.
And as a member of Kappa Scout or The Great KappaBeast, you will have the freedom to leave comments on the series pages, leave a rating, and also do so on the respective episodes.
If you want to access the tests of the new KappBeast site and start testing these features, you can do so through the following IP; 74.50.81.150:8081
Don't worry about those strange numbers, the site is not yet linked to a domain, therefore it is the only way to enter through the IP given by the VPS on which the site is hosted.
