Heh, kinda jumping the gun on my idea, drawing something a little more lurid before the usual fetish fan-art for Pauline; but something about her really, really inspired another drawing with a good coating of semen yet again!
As the title says, this indicates someone lucky enough to meet her backstage - likely to profess how much they love her and her feet, and get to enjoy them first-hand, and Pauline, gracious Mayor that she is, took this in stride. You gotta admire the passion of New Donkers!
