I hate Patreon. My inbox brings me to a 2FA loop, I don't have the option of rejecting iOS transactions (that will siphon up 1/3rd of your pledge), and I just wrote about 4 paragraphs that inexplicably didn't post anywhere. Don't get me started on Discord. I've lost quite a lot of Patrons that just can't get into the server due to Patreon integration breaking and non-expiring invites expiring after a few minutes. Of course support for either of these platforms is as useful as you can imagine. 🙄😂There's a much longer list that I won't bore you with, but this is ultimately good news as it's been a goal of mine to slowly cut the vines from platforms like this and have my own ship and crew. None of Patreon's functionality is above what can be accomplished with an open source CMS, and perhaps 2025 can be a long transition where your membership here crosses over for a seamless move.
