[Fanart tournament] group round details

Hi, thank you everyone for participating in recruitment and now we got 53 characters + 2 from my pick to fill the slot

This time we separate the poll in 2 genre 'Game'(PC/Console/Mobile) and 'Other media'(Anime/Manga/Vtuber and etc) and they will have their own battle royal and final round to decide the only winners from each genre, with this we can avoid having only game characters nominate the winning spot everytime

And due to we got so much characters too vote so in group polls each group will come out every 4 hours and take 2 days for voting, be ready to vote in the group that has characters you like
