I think Mack knows what drawers are. Actually this page is a good little example of why writing Mack can be weird. I mean it's no secret that I'm pretty fast and loose with the whole mermaid thing but I don't want Mack to constantly be like *holds up spork* "this is... how you say... a fwoark?" But I also try to not to have him use words he probably wouldn't know. Like on this page I kept writing every variant of baking/cooking on the rocks and thinking "would he... know that?" Then I gave up. Mack's pretty intelligent. I think it's pretty reasonable to assume he figures everything out through context clues and if he doesn't he just ignores it. I think he just mirrors Felix a lot. I don't know where I was going with this.
I also got really caught lately in my backgrounds and lighting on my old pages. The problem with taking SO LONG to make a page is it's hard to keep everything consistent. My lighting has slowly drifted into more of a dawn light instead of a hot summer day light. I kept messing with those pages before I realized I should probably just make the new one instead. I'll probably tweak those for public updates and dump them here too. And yes, I know, I'll never be happy with a page. If I had my way I'd just keep changing things. I gotta learn to let it go.
