Honestly, I'm surprised by the number of you that are still hanging around here. But for those that stayed here's a little treat. I'm wanting to get back into Out of the Blue so I can finish it and move on to other comics. I've effectively killed every other pending drawing project in my head and gave it a good sweeping and put Out of the Blue back in it's place. It was hard to get it in there. Lot of pivoting. Had to remove a door frame. A whole deal.
The plan so far is I'm gonna upload three pages this month. No charge for this month. And depending on how that goes I'll unpause this Patreon on October 1st and continue with three pages monthly as I finish them and move on from there. I'll obviously give warning before then so there will be time to jump ship because I imagine maybe half of you are about to be jumpscared by the email this is about to send and wonder what the hell OOTB is.
I think the best way to get me started on this again is to have a fire lit under my ass with some sort of deadline. Though I still don't know how I managed to draw a page a week every week in the past. If you need the way I worked. Hoo boy. Feels appropriate to come back on a page of Felix waking up after a long day and trying to work out the kinks.
I know OOTB has it's fans. As weird as that feels to me. And ya'll would like to see it finished. I definitely would too. I don't want to be yet another webcomic creator who abandons their project. So thank you for sticking around me this long and hopefully you can stick around a little longer if you want so we can see this thing end.
