Helping my parents this week 💚🩷

I've been helping my parents since wednesday and literally every part of me hurts 😅😂 It is mostly because of work but also because I've insisted on running in the evenings. Not long runs but also not super short. I ran 4,5km (~3miles) today after a 13 hour workday... Edi has been working with me as well so he is very sleepy now 💤

Also running in the night during summer is the best since it's not unbearably hot. Yay! And my parents place has a great AC
