[New character] Chelsea Warren

Hi everyone,

This is the newest character created for the Makayla comic. She is Makayla's school nurse and she is also an amazon / meta human like her. She however is different than most of our super strong characters in the sense her power levels are quite low, compared to the rest. She is still far stronger than any normal human, capable of lifting regular cars along with passengers, but can't do the insane feats of strength that Makayla, Alessandra, Rose, and most other meta girls can.

She is in the category of girls like Megan, Peach, and Minn.

I don't want to spoil what will come in the comic so her bio and other info will become available later.
