From Fire to Ice ❄️🍑

After letting the sauna melt my stress away, I eased into the ice tub to cool off and reconnect. The shift in temperature, the contrast on my skin, the stillness in my breath... it’s a ritual that brings me back to myself every time 💦🧖‍♀️❄️

I'm deeply thankful to have these little corners of comfort in my home. This space has become such a quiet sanctuary where I can soften, release, and feel everything fully 🍃🕯️
