Hello friends, I know I’ve been slow with uploads but I’ve been curating mountains of content for weeks and now I’m about to start posting it all.
Join me for a poolside yoga session in the deep jungle of Costa Rica. I had monkeys in my trees every day at this house and giant iguanas taking dips in my pool. This was definitely the most primal place I ever lived.
We had a tropical depression come on shore one night and that was an intense experience to say the least. Water was coming in through my windows and the roads were flooded for days. Fortunately I had just had food delivered a couple days before and could hold out a while! 💕
