[WIP] Shoujo Ineffa!

hi guys, this is my ineffa WIP!

i have some toggles planned for it

i didn't forget about the skirk mod vote, i'm waiting on her upcoming rerun so that i can work on the mod and test it, so that will be coming up soon :)

in the meantime, i'm making this ineffa mod since furina will be coming out of early access tomorrow!
