DESCRIPTION
Haven't drawn anything Pokémon related in a while, so wanted to change that! This was supposed to be Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny in the usual tickle stocks, but somehow it turned into "evil tentacles tickling them all over and forcing them to lick each other's feet." It happens. XD
