New patreon for wago.io

Hey all, I hope you are doing well and thank you for your continued support! I wanted to let you know that we have a new official patreon for wago.io now that includes some additional coverage for the wago addons part of the site. If you want to support wago and are already doing so via this patreon then there is no need to change to the new one, all the current perks will continue to be honoured for existing patreons.
