Every time Cira has a sexual encounter with Null, the exchange of infected fluids between them will create a symbiotic effect in Cira, increasing her resistance.
After the encounter, a short scene will appear showing Cira right after Null finishes inside her. Every sex scene with Null will feature one of these brand-new post-scene sequences.
For those of you who solved the puzzle in the Psycho Stabilization area involving the woman blocking the door, you’ll recall that there was a handjob scene there that also increased maximum health. Well, that scene will be replaced in the future by an encounter with Null.
