Hotfix release. Fixes 'the overlay in hangar' issue after the recent game update and some other bugs.

Fixes:
Fixed the 'in battle' state while 'in hangar' after the recent game update.
Fixed auto-update could not be completed on some systems.
Fixed potential groups conflicts with the other windows (e.g. chat) in the edit mode.
Updated internal FM database up to 2.41.0.19.
