Log in to Patreon: Open a web browser (not the app) and sign in to your Patreon account.

Go to Settings: Click the Settings icon (gear) in the left-hand menu.

Find Connected Apps: In the menu bar, click More > Connected Apps.

Connect Discord: Find Discord and click the Connect button.

Authorize: Enter your Discord login details and click Login, then click Authorize to grant access.
