The Herald of Stars - A CR 9 eldritch true angel of the stars, one that warps space, flicks stars, and burns the sinful; vestiges made manifest from the fourth day of creation

Hi y'all!

This week I have for you the Herald inspired from the fourth edict of creation, the sun, moon, and stars! In case it wasn’t abundantly obvious, I fucking ADORE cosmic horror and this time I decided to be the most cosmic with it, with just an unknowable collection of eyes in the night sky that can blink, fold space, blink, send crashing starlight, and blink, create a miniature sun to scorch the flesh of sinners.
