The Soul Whisperer Ranger - Command a lost soul to aid your allies (and let your allies have fun with hunter's mark too!)

Hi y'all!

This week I have for you all, the Soul Whisperer Ranger! This Ranger was actually inspired by how I could maybe think about adding Luna Snow from Marvel Rivals specifically into D&D! The result is a ranger that can whisper to and hear a frostbitten soul that they can send to protect their allies! At earlier levels this means getting to have the soul do a little extra damage to your marked enemies (friends get a little hunter's mark bonus too), eventually becoming more and more powerful with additional defensive capabilites and even a bit of shared healing!
