notice for tier 1 members

On January 30, I will be unpublishing tier 1 and no new members will be able to join. Due of my busy schedule, I've chosen to stay on one tier for the time being. However, tier 1 will remain active for members who are already subscribed ( you can either cancel your membership or upgrade to tier 2 if you want to stay)
