Here’s a new teaser for the multiplayer mode, showing a small preview of the Killer and one of his abilities.
The Killer can become less visible to the survivors, but while using this ability, he leaves behind an organic trail of tentacles with a symbiote-like visual style. This trail gives survivors a clue of where the Killer is moving, keeping the ability powerful but still fair.
Although this teaser mainly focuses on the Killer, other multiplayer mechanics — such as hiding inside lockers, repairing generators, and activating key systems needed to survive — are already working in-game.
We are currently running multiple internal tests. The multiplayer mode is almost fully playable; right now we’re mainly polishing server-related issues, stability, and small gameplay adjustments to make the experience as solid as possible.
It’s getting very close.
