[bts] new floor?

hi everyone!

i added a new floor in shin & maya's house, and yes it's because i want to be ready for when they have another baby
i was thinking about putting hina's bedroom on the new floor, i think she'll love being in her own space like that, and her current bedroom can become the future baby's nursery, what do you think?

when shin & maya had mayumi they had mayumi's crib in their bedroom but i want to avoid doing that again, i would prefer for them to have their own space without the baby being there all the time

i'm still not sure if the floorplan will stay exactly like that but it's what i came up with (i'm not a very good builder LOL) 

also, sorry for my inactivity i've been dealing with some mental and physical health issues, i got my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago and i'm still recovering from it and from my meds' side effects, but i think i will feel much better starting next week!
